I'm based in Willington, Derbyshire, and I support small businesses and community organisations with the marketing jobs that are important but often difficult to fit into an already full week.
My experience is hands-on. Through building and marketing my own floral business, supporting a busy community venue and contributing to event campaigns, I have worked across websites, social media, ecommerce, SEO, email and customer communications.
That mix means I look at the whole customer journey. A social post should lead somewhere useful. A website should answer real questions. And a campaign should have a clear reason for being there.
